Payment Terms
- Live Streams & Event Filming – Full payment upfront.
- Corporate Videos – 50% upfront to confirm the booking. Remaining 50% due within 7 days of the shoot, regardless of edit stage.
Booking & Cancellations
- No booking is confirmed without the agreed upfront payment.
If cancelled less than 14 days before the shoot, 50% of the total fee is still due.
If cancelled within 48 hours, 100% is payable.
Revisions
Includes up to 3 rounds of reasonable changes. Additional changes or requests outside original scope are charged. Final versions are only delivered once payment is cleared.
Delivery & Rights
No files, livestream access, or footage will be released until full payment is received. Usage rights transfer only after full payment.
Late Payments
Overdue invoices attract 8% interest above base rate, plus a £40 admin fee under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
File Storage
Project files are held for 30 days after delivery unless we’ve agreed to archive longer. Storage beyond this is chargeable.
