Useful answers for your training brief
Do we need a finished script?
No. Start with existing procedures, slides, manuals or a rough outline. We can structure the film with your subject expert, using a script or demonstrations checked on site.
Can you film during normal operations?
Where the workplace allows it, yes. We agree access, sound, machinery cycles and safe camera positions. Tell us about procedures that cannot be repeated so the essential coverage is planned.
How long should each training video be?
Give each film or chapter a clear purpose. We keep the steps people need and divide a longer subject into named sections, so learners can return to a particular task.
Can existing training be updated?
Yes. We can review your original files and replace outdated footage, wording, graphics or screen recordings. Planning separate modules makes future changes easier.
Can you supply captions and other languages?
Captions, subtitles and optional voice versions can be planned around your audience. Agree the languages and terminology reviews early. Our multilingual player → brings the approved versions together.
Will the films work with our LMS or intranet?
Share your platform and technical requirements before filming. We agree file formats, captions and module structure. Flag course authoring, assessments or completion tracking separately when you brief us.
What about confidentiality and people on camera?
We can agree an NDA and restricted material in advance. If someone should not be identifiable, hands, equipment and over-the-shoulder views can show the task. Agree contributors and permissions before filming.
Can the videos become a paid course?
