We work with a trusted network of freelance crew across the UK, supporting corporate films, interviews, events, live productions, promotional content and selected film and television projects.

We’re looking for experienced professionals with strong technical ability, sound judgement and consistently high standards. You should be able to understand a brief quickly, work independently, solve problems on location and represent us professionally with clients. Reliability, clear communication and a calm approach under pressure are essential.

We’re particularly interested in camera operators and sound recordists with television or broadcast experience, especially for documentary-style interviews, along with skilled animators and motion designers with strong commercial portfolios.

This roster is for established professionals rather than trainees or those seeking their first industry opportunity. Relevant credits, client work, references and recent examples will help us assess suitability.
