Freelance Crew Roster UK

We work with a carefully selected network of freelance crew across Wales and the wider UK, supporting corporate films, interviews, events, live productions, promotional content and occasional film and television projects.

We are looking for established professionals who bring specialist ability, good judgement and consistently high standards. You should be comfortable working independently, understanding a brief quickly, solving problems on location and representing our business professionally in front of clients. Reliability, clear communication and calm behaviour under pressure are essential.

We are particularly interested in camera operators and sound recordists with television or broadcast experience, especially for documentary-style interviews. We are also currently looking for highly capable animators and motion designers with a strong commercial portfolio.

This roster is intended for working professionals rather than trainees or people seeking their first industry opportunity. Relevant credits, client work, references and recent examples will help us assess whether you are a suitable fit.
