Video Production Pricing UK
Clear starting prices for professional business video production. Choose the level closest to your brief, then we will confirm the practical details before filming.
Most projects start from £1,300. Final costs depend on filming time, crew, locations, editing requirements and the number of finished videos required.
WHAT CHANGES THE PRICE?
The quote reflects the work required
A useful estimate starts with the filming plan rather than video length alone. A short film may still involve several locations, specialist access, multiple contributors or detailed post-production.
- Number of filming days and locations
- Solo operator or additional crew
- Interviews, demonstrations and scripted scenes
- Lighting, sound and specialist camera requirements
- Editing complexity, graphics, captions and voice-over
- Number of final versions and delivery formats
What to send for an accurate quote
Tell us the intended audience, preferred filming dates, locations, people involved and where the finished video will be used. A draft script, storyboard or example video is helpful but not essential.

BUSINESS PHOTOGRAPHY
Still images can be added to the same visit
Maximise your filming day by capturing professional photography at the same time. Depending on the brief, the videographer can also take high-quality still images where time allows, or a dedicated PR, commercial or product photographer can be assigned for larger shoots or higher image volumes.
Included: edited high-resolution photographs, web-ready versions where required and online delivery.
Larger shoots, full-day coverage, multiple locations or higher image volumes are quoted to suit the brief.
RAW FOOTAGE DELIVERY
A lower-cost option when your team will handle the edit
Raw footage is supplied as recorded, without editing, colour grading, audio processing, titles or graphics.
Organising, syncing, converting or colour-correcting footage adds post-production time. Large 4K or RAW files may require an SSD or USB drive; smaller prepared files may be suitable for online delivery.
Tell us any required codec, resolution, frame rate or file structure before filming.
EDITING AND OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Post-production can be as straightforward or collaborative as the subject requires
A generous revision allowance is included so the finished film can be checked properly. For detailed or technical work, we can bring the footage to your workplace and edit alongside the project lead, training manager or subject expert.
This on-site approach can confirm terminology, select the correct demonstrations and reduce lengthy rounds of remote revisions.
Optional additions
- Additional filming days or crew
- Extra social-media edits
- Professional voice-over or acting talent
- Custom animation and motion graphics
- On-site collaborative editing
- Additional captions, versions or formats
PRICING FAQ
Questions worth settling before a quote
Clear answers now help prevent avoidable changes once filming or editing has started.
Is £1,300 the final price for every one-day shoot?
No. It is the starting point for a straightforward solo production. Travel, access, extra crew, specialist equipment, complex editing or several deliverables can change the total.
What information do you need to prepare a quote?
The audience, purpose, filming location, preferred dates, people involved and required deliverables are the most useful starting points. A script is helpful but not essential.
Are revisions included?
Yes. A generous revision allowance is included. The scope of revisions and any approval stages are confirmed before work begins.
Can one filming day create several videos?
Often, yes. Planning the individual outputs before filming helps us capture the right interviews, demonstrations and supporting footage for each version.
Can you edit at our workplace?
Yes. Collaborative on-site editing can be useful for technical subjects because the relevant manager or specialist can review terminology, demonstrations and priorities directly.
How many revisions are included?
We believe a draft edit is an essential part of the production process. It gives you the opportunity to review the structure, pacing, music, messaging and overall direction before time is spent adding graphics, animations, colour grading or subtitles where required.
Once you've reviewed the draft, generous revisions are included to refine the film before final delivery. Our aim is to ensure the finished video accurately reflects your business and meets your expectations, rather than rushing to a final version too early.
