Share the running order before the day

Confirm where the sound feed will come from
For conferences and panel talks, a clean feed from the venue sound desk is usually preferable. We agree the connection in advance and can add our own microphones where suitable coverage is not already available.
Tell us what connectivity the venue can provide
Ethernet, venue Wi-Fi and available mobile networks can all form part of the plan. LiveU Solo Pro can bond several suitable connections while the programme is recorded locally as well.
Flag access or loading restrictions early
We simply need to know about lifts, security, restricted access, long loading routes or anything else that affects getting cameras, audio and networking equipment safely into position.

CONNECTION RESILIENCE
Several available paths are better than one
LiveU Solo Pro can bond four to six suitable connections, combining available mobile networks with venue broadband or ethernet. Bonding cannot make a poor location risk-free, but it avoids relying on a single connection where alternatives are available.
Local recording is separate from the live link
The programme is recorded locally as well as streamed, so a high-quality master remains available after the event even if the venue connection becomes unstable. The compact kit can also operate from batteries, reducing trailing cables and dependence on room power.

Can the viewer page be restricted?
Yes. Depending on the platform and brief, viewing can be public, password-protected or shared with a defined audience.
Can we receive clean individual camera files?
Where agreed in the brief, we can supply the programme recording and additional camera files for your own post-production workflow.
Can remote speakers join through Teams or Zoom?
Yes, but their camera, audio, connection and rehearsal need planning. We agree how remote contributors appear in the programme before the event.
Can you stream to an existing event platform?
We can discuss the platform already used by your organisation and how it fits the production. BoxCast remains our preferred managed platform when a straightforward hosted viewer page is required.
