For event coverage, we often combine a fixed wide camera for continuous coverage with a second operated camera for tighter shots and reactions.

Good sound matters just as much as the pictures, so we plan venue feeds and backup audio in advance.

How early does the crew arrive?
Arrival depends on loading, security, room access and technical complexity. We allow enough time to position cameras, connect sound and test before guests or speakers need the space.
