Induction script and shot plan used to prepare the source content

Start with the script. Agree the instructions before translating, then check every version against the finished edit.

The same footage can support several languages. Where labels, diagrams or demonstrations need adapting, we agree those changes before producing the translated versions.

SUBTITLES & VOICEOVER

One approved message. Prepared for each language.

We agree the languages your viewers need, then prepare the subtitles and optional voiceovers. Your own approved translations or recordings can also be used.

Welsh, French, Spanish and other language requirements can be planned around your workforce or customers, with regional terminology agreed from the start.

Readable subtitles: accurate timing, clear line breaks and enough time to read.

Natural narration: human voiceover or AI narration, timed to the demonstration.

Consistent terminology: product names, instructions and on-screen labels checked together.

Your subject expert approves the source information; an agreed fluent reviewer checks each translation. Safety-critical material needs appropriate specialist review.

SHARE IT YOUR WAY

USB, download or a viewing link

Choose the route that suits your workplace or customers. We agree the devices, access arrangements and opening instructions before delivery.

USB or local drive

Keep the player and media together for offline viewing on PCs and laptops. Useful for workplace briefings and locations with unreliable internet.

Downloadable package

Share one ZIP through your approved file-sharing service. Viewers download it to a PC or laptop, extract it and follow the opening instructions.

Website or staff portal

Use the web version on computers, phones and tablets. Share a link or QR code; your hosting or staff portal controls access.

Keeping it current: a hosted copy can be updated centrally. Offline viewers need the revised package when instructions or language tracks change.

UK-WIDE VIDEO PRODUCTION

We can make the film as well as the player

We film workplaces, products and demonstrations across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Existing videos can be reviewed and adapted remotely.

01

Agree what people need

Confirm the script, audience, languages and chapter structure. Identify who will approve the instructions and translations.

02

Film or adapt the content

Capture the demonstrations or edit your existing material. Prepare the agreed subtitles, narration and translated graphics.

03

Check and hand over

Check playback, chapters and language tracks on the agreed setup. Supply the finished package with clear sharing instructions.

What you receive

Your finished film in a branded player, with the agreed chapter list, subtitle files and optional voice tracks. We package it for the chosen delivery route and include opening and sharing instructions, so your team knows exactly what to distribute.

USEFUL TO KNOW

Before you start

Can you use a film we already have?

Usually, yes. We review the video, audio and script before adding chapters or language versions. Separate narration, music and effects files can make a new voiceover easier to prepare.

Does the player translate automatically?

No. Each subtitle or voice track is prepared and reviewed before delivery. Tell us the languages you need; we agree translation, voiceover and approval arrangements for each one.

Does offline viewing need an internet connection?

No. Offline delivery is designed for PCs and laptops, with the complete package on an approved USB stick or local drive. It opens in a compatible desktop browser.

Will it work on phones and tablets?

Phones and tablets use the web-based version. The offline package is designed for PCs and laptops. We agree hosting and check the intended mobile browsers before handover.

Can it work with our intranet or LMS?

We check hosting or embed requirements with your IT team. The standalone player does not provide tests, certificates or completion tracking; we can discuss supplying media for your learning platform.

Can we keep the videos private?

Your hosting or staff portal controls online access. Offline files can be copied and should be shared through approved channels. The player itself does not add logins or copy protection.

Can we supply our own language files?

Yes. We review your approved translations, subtitle files or recordings, then agree any timing or formatting work. Your language reviewer checks that the final version matches the intended meaning.

Can we change content or add languages later?

Yes. We review the affected chapters, subtitles, graphics and voice tracks together. Hosted copies can be replaced centrally; people using offline copies need the updated package.

DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

Make your video easier to use and share

Send your film, script or rough outline. Tell us who will watch, which languages are needed, where any filming will take place and how you want to share the finished content.
