BEFORE YOU BOOK
Practical answers for your factory shoot
Can you film while our factory is running?
Yes. We agree access, machine cycles and safe filming positions with your site contact. Production and site rules determine the schedule; quieter spaces are useful for interviews.
Will Mark be our contact throughout?
Yes. Mark handles the brief, filming arrangements and edit feedback directly. If additional crew are needed, you still have one main point of contact.
When will we receive the first draft?
Often within three days of filming. That is the first draft for review; final delivery follows your comments and approval. Mark confirms the timetable for your project in advance.
How do we give feedback on an edit?
Use the private review link to leave comments against specific moments. You can also draw on the screen to identify a detail, correction or area needing attention. Include your technical reviewer before final approval.
Do you bring PPE and follow site requirements?
Yes. Mark brings his own standard factory PPE. Send your induction, specialist PPE, hygiene and access requirements before filming so any additional arrangements can be made.
Can you protect confidential processes?
Yes. Agree restricted material and any NDA before filming. Your team can check process sequence, terminology and commercially sensitive details during draft review.
Can one visit produce several films?
Yes, when planned together. A factory film can share footage with product demonstrations, recruitment clips, trade-show loops or training modules. Agree the intended uses before the shoot.
Can we share training in different languages?
Yes. Plan subtitles, optional voice tracks and chapter structure with the filming. Our multilingual player → makes the approved versions easier to share with staff and customers.
