CORPORATE BROADCAST SOLUTIONS
Conference Live Streaming UK
Professional live streaming for conferences, meetings, panel talks, presentations, performances and public events. Where you also need an edited film of the day, our event filming service can be planned alongside the broadcast. Our compact battery-operated setup is designed to work discreetly at the venue while providing remote viewers with clear pictures, reliable sound and a straightforward viewing page.
Venue requirement: On-site parking for the production vehicle is required for every live-stream booking.
LIVE STREAM PLANNING
BROADCAST YOUR EVENT
LIVE STREAM PLANNING
A reliable live stream starts with the venue arrangements
On-site parking is required
Live streaming involves cameras, tripods, audio equipment, batteries, encoding, networking and backup kit. On-site parking for the production vehicle is a booking requirement so equipment can be unloaded, kept close to the venue and packed away safely after the event.
Allow access before the audience arrives
We need enough access time to unload, position cameras, connect audio, establish the viewing page, test the bonded connections and record a short programme check before delegates or guests arrive.
Confirm where the sound will come from
For conferences and panel talks, a clean feed from the venue sound desk is usually preferable. We agree the connection in advance and can add our own microphones where the event does not already have suitable audio coverage.
Tell us what internet access the venue can provide
Ethernet, venue Wi-Fi and available mobile networks can all form part of the plan. LiveU Solo Pro can bond several suitable connections, while a local programme recording provides a high-quality master independently of the live connection.
Share the running order, slides and remote speakers
The production plan changes if the programme includes presentation slides, videos, panel changes, audience questions, breaks or contributors joining through Teams or Zoom. A useful running order lets us prepare those transitions rather than reacting to them live.
PRODUCTION FORMATS
Live streaming built around the event
The core system stays dependable, while the camera coverage and programme structure are matched to what is happening in the room and what remote viewers need to see.
Conferences & panel talks
Speakers, panels, audience questions and presentation material covered around the running order.
Meetings & presentations
Announcements, launches, briefings and corporate presentations with slides or films included where required.
Performances & public events
Clear pictures and sound for remote audiences, with a local programme master available afterwards.
Hybrid events & remote guests
Remote contributors brought into the live programme through Teams, Zoom or another agreed platform.
REMOTE VIEWING
A straightforward viewing experience for remote audiences
Viewers receive a link that opens on a phone, tablet or computer without specialist equipment. The programme can include several cameras, presentation slides, titles, pre-recorded films and remote contributors.
Private, public or embedded viewing
We can discuss public broadcasts, password-protected access and embedding the player on an event or organisation website. BoxCast is our preferred managed platform because it provides a dependable viewer page, useful controls and straightforward recordings.
After the broadcast, we can supply the programme recording and, where agreed, raw footage and clean individual camera files. Further post-production and video editing can include edited event highlights, captions and shorter clips for future communication.
CONNECTION RESILIENCE
Reliable streaming with bonded connectivity
Our LiveU Solo Pro can bond four to six available connections, combining suitable mobile networks with venue broadband or ethernet. Bonding does not make a poor location risk-free, but it gives the stream several available paths rather than relying on one connection.
Battery-operated production with local recording
The compact kit can operate from batteries, which reduces trailing cables and helps at venues where power or setup space is limited. We record locally as well as sending the live programme, so there is a high-quality master available after the event even if the venue connection becomes unstable.
Before the day we discuss coverage, mobile reception, wired access, sound-desk feeds, camera positions and setup time. On-site parking for the production vehicle is required. Where practical, we can test the venue or review information from its technical team.
HOW IT WORKS
A clear four-step live streaming process
Good live production is mostly won before the event starts. We agree the programme, engineer the venue setup and test the complete chain before viewers arrive.
1
Event & audience
Share the date, venue, running order, expected viewers, privacy needs and any remote contributors.
2
Technical planning
We plan camera positions, sound, venue access, connectivity, slides, power and the viewing platform.
3
Setup & testing
The full programme feed, audio, bonded connections, graphics and local recording are tested before going live.
4
Broadcast & delivery
We monitor the live programme throughout the event, then supply the agreed replay and recording files afterwards.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Questions clients ask before booking
Clear answers about connectivity, access, recording, privacy and multi-camera production before you commit.
Can you guarantee the internet connection?
No supplier can guarantee third-party networks, but we reduce the risk by planning carefully and using LiveU Solo Pro to bond four to six suitable connections. We also record the programme locally so a high-quality master remains available.
Do viewers need to install anything?
Usually not. Viewers receive a web link that opens in a modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. We can also discuss embedding a BoxCast player on your website or event page.
Can the stream use more than one camera?
Yes. We can switch between several cameras, presentation slides, pre-recorded films and titles. Camera numbers are matched to the venue, running order and the visual variety the audience needs.
Will we receive a recording?
Yes. We normally record a local master as well as the live programme. The recording can be supplied as delivered, or developed into edited sessions, event highlights, captions and shorter clips. It is usually delivered within 24 hours.
Can the stream be private or password-protected?
Yes. Depending on the platform and event requirements, viewing can be public, restricted by password or shared with a defined audience. We will agree the most practical access method before the event.
Can remote speakers join through Zoom or Teams?
Remote contributors can often be incorporated, but their audio, camera, connection and rehearsal need planning. We can discuss how Zoom, Teams or another call fits into the programme and what the audience should see.
